In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. 

A valid account is required to submit a ticket request and use this system, to create a new account you will need to use a valid email address and as part of the registration process we'll send you a verification link. 

Once your account is setup (this happens within seconds of you registering) you'll be able to create new ticket requests and view/manage all past & present ticket requests.
